It was not just obvious for several reasons but they also told us at least twice that they were going to do it if Russia were to invade Ukraine.

Why is it so inconceivable for “the left” to use common sense, logic, and reasoning once in a while?!

No it was a couple of Australian tourists who were trying to do some marlin fishing with sticks of dynamite. It is known.

Beau of the Fifth Column (YouTube) did a video on this today. It's shoddy journalism without any cross checked sourcing. It's possible the US did it, but I would not conclude this based on this story.
