Things the republicans have passed,do they now go the senate to vote on?

The VP works within the Senate to approve legislation BEFORE it reaches Congress. The VP does not approve the President's decisions.

I think the Senate can ignore a bill that passes in the House, and likewise the House can ignore the Senate. I think the Speaker of the House can stop anything from reaching a floor vote, even if there is a solid majority favoring the bill. I don't think the Majority Leader in the Senate has that much power.

The Senate Majority Leader gets to decide whether a bill will ever come up for vote. These GOP bills are DOA.

Exactly! But I'm sure many of their constituents actually believe these ridiculous bills have been signed into law.
