Rudy Giuliani complained that police officers are 'having a hard time' because they can't punch people anymore

Former New York City Mayor and Trump ally Rudy Giuliani complained on a podcast this weekend about police officers not being able to punch people anymore.

"You can't use your gun, you can't touch anybody," Giuliani told podcast host Joe Pags during a Saturday episode of The Joe Pags Show.

"One of the reasons why cops are having a hard time, people — they're not strong? They're not allowed to touch you between here and here," said Giuliani, gesturing at the area between his neck and his waist. "They can't punch you!"

Giuliani is probably the only person who is dumber than Trump.

The USA justice system just exists to make it so psychopath lawyers and judges make money off of other psychopath people committing crime. Lawyers have intentionally made it so a police officer will always be right near to using excessive force since that makes it so psychopath people and psychopath lawyers can sue the state for millions of dollars and have a better chance at winning the lawsuit.

The USA justice system does not exist to protect people. It just exists to make it so psychopath people make large amounts of money. People who can feel real emotions are the people who pay.
