All you need to do is play copyrighted music and bam, safety. Celebs should do this to stop paparazzi or something.

David Hogg is an attention whore.
Technically yes, but it would be up to the skill level of the video editor to do it correctly. Or it can be overdubbed.
Either way, David Hogg is a clout chaser and a phony.
The fact his small mind couldn't figure that part out is extremely sad.
