Woke Folk are the kind of people who try to redefine things and revise things to reflect their own ideology.

So for example they will say that there is no such thing as race because we all share 99% of our DNA thereby redefining race so that it doesn't exist. But this is obvious nonsense because Asians, Whites and Blacks ( the races ) haven't gone anywhere.

But at the same time they still insist on calling people racists left, right and centre. But how can people be racists if race doesn't exist ? Their beliefs are illogical because they are not based in reality but in ideology.

Woke people also try to set parameters within which things can be done, or a whole set of rules that must be followed. You mustn't say things that offend them or some person must be banned from speaking because they don't agree with what that person says.

You yourself fall into that kind of category because you asked me to provide some examples of Woke Folk and then you told me it couldn't just be people with different political views. Asking a question and then trying to limit the scope of my answer is typical Woke behaviour.

Then there are the Woke Folk that have pulled down statues of historical figures who had some association with the slave trade. They want to erase them from history because of that. Never mind anything else they might have done.

They also want to send white people off to be indoctrinated about their "white privilege" and what they should do to atone for this "sin".

Then there is the growing use of casting diversity in television and film. Casting a black woman to play the Queen of England for example. If that isn't cultural appropriation I don't know what is.
