shareBe glad you can protest like you feel like you need to. Because in other so called free nations they don't have a broad freedom of speech like we do.
Balances change, the Supreme Court has 5 solid right wingers in their corner. Clarence Thomas isn't getting any younger and neither is Alito, Roberts has even had health issues. We could very well see a swing back the other way in the next decade.

shareI love it, the greatest country on Earth. I love that we have (some) freedom and good people. I don't like that politicians from both sides are stealing our rights a little at a time but that's what govt does. I don't like that politicians use negativity to motivate and frighten citizens. I don't like our pretend news that is just a corporate mouthpiece. I love the country and the ideals behind it but I can dislike the imperfections. Best thing we can do is vote in local elections, that's where we have the most power.
