After looking at politifact, it seems many are exaggerating facts and lies.

It seems like everyone these days LOVES to take out of context what was said and twist it to their visions. Apparently, being an occasional or partial liar from time to time isn't enough, they need to put them in the spotlight and make them out to be "the liar they are". Point in fact, Biden is certainly incompetent, but everyone that doesn't like him for their own personal reasons just like to blame him for all the problems in the world by exaggerating his culpability.

Most fact checking sources have their own biases, mostly in how they decide which fact to check, but also by filling in narratives that don't actually exist. Politifact is no different.
