Lightyear, a KIDS's film, features a lesbian kiss which was prompted by LGBTQIA+ and results in IMDB bombing reviews

The scene was cut for fear of backlash, but was inserted back in after it only resulted in the opposite effect, because of the "Don't Say Gay" bill recently passed in Florida. Looks like they are now trying to promote homosexuality and the concept of sex in general to young kids. Not that I'm necessarily against LGBT or teaching a kid about sex, but trying to teach it to kids as young as 5 is just plain weird and creepy. I would wait until they have a bit more of a brain to understand how human nature works. And people on IMDB are giving it a 1 over it, though most are probably trolls I would assume. Way to go woke Hollywood!

I've read dozens of the IMDb reviews and hardly any of them (I saw 1) mentions anything about the kiss or gay stuff. The reviews are about how the movie just plain sucks in general.

The reviews themselves don't correlate with the actual rating. You can vote for a 1-10 rating without doing a review. Even if it sucked, no way in hell would it have almost 50% of 1 ratings votes, especially if Critics highly praised it. It's like Gunday and the new GTA Remaster, people shitting on it because of one simple thing.

But the reason you're saying it's getting 1 star ratings would most definitely also reflect in the written reviews as well. I read all of the 1 and 2 star written reviews and only found 1 that mentioned the kiss. And even that one said they didn't care about it. For example, that Everything's Gonna Be All White garbage show... The written reviews don't just say the show sucks. They are very specific about how it's a racist, anti-white shit show.

Although, because this is such a big film, I wouldn't doubt if they're deleting the negative reviews that do mention the gay stuff.

I love me some Chris Evans. But to me, he just sounded so fake in the video clip in this article when he was talking about how great it was and how happy he was that they put the same sex kiss back in the movie. It sounded so forced. Like he was just going through the motions.
