This is a blatant attempt to overthrow the US government for the legal nomination and appointment of a US Supreme Court Judge. All of the participants need to be hunted down and throw into solitary confinement for their crimes.

Luckily for everyone inside the capitol that day, the CHP actually did their jobs because, as we saw in 2020, leftist mobs are extremely dangerous and people do die(RIP David Dorn).
Who knows what may have happened if the mob that day had gained entrance. I mean, the Secret Service determined the threat to be of enough significance that the President was moved to a secure location. This was a direct attack on the Republic.
