Ted Cruz was right: Babies are super racist. A Supreme Court nominee should know that

During the confirmation hearing of Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson, one senator had the guts to ask the question on every American’s mind.

While grilling Jackson on critical race theory Tuesday, Sen. Ted Cruz described a children’s book called "Antiracist Baby." He turned his steely gaze to Jackson and asked the Harvard-educated veteran jurist if she believes "that babies are racist."

Some viewers wondered why a man who looks like he rubbed honey on his face then rolled on the floor of a barbershop would pose such a question. In fact, the collective eye roll was so intense the Earth briefly tilted off its axis.

As usual Cruz shows what an idiot he is.

was making fun of Cruz's looks the main part of this post?

I liked her answer about the racism BUT I thought it was outrageous that she did not know that CRT is being taught in both public and private schools. She lives in the DC area so she should know of all the CRT controversies in Virginia. I don't believe she addressed the critical race theory issue of whether people are racist or anti-racist.

CRT isn't taught in K-12 schools. Do you know what CRT is?

reply

The Daily Mail and MSN articles above show that CRT is taught in k-12 schools in VA. I know what CRT is. I had started a thread five months ago complaining about CNN/MSNBC constantly saying that CRT is not taught in schools BUT that's a LIE. The VA Lt. Governor had to correct Dana Bash TWICE during an interview on CNN. I had you on IGNORE five months ago so I didn't see your replies.

I will define CRT in my own words and you can let me know if I missed anything. CRT teaches that wypipo and white sympathizers created a system designed to keep POC from advancing in society. CRT teaches people that they have to be anti-racist to break down the systems that oppress POC. If people are not anti-racist, then they are racist. CRT also stresses equality of outcomes instead of equality of opportunity. CRT anti-racists will look for racial disparities in outcomes and automatically attribute those variances to SYSTEMIC RACISM. CRT anti-racists will try to replace systems that result in inequitable outcomes for POC with systems that result in equitable outcomes for POC. A likely goal of CRT is reparations paid to POC from wypipo and white sympathizers. A potential sinister long-term goal of CRT is to ostracize and drive out wypipo & white sympathizers. Feel free to provide good links explaining CRT for me and other viewers of this thread.

No, that's not CRT. It's taught in law schools and studies the interconnection between race and legislation and the subsequent impact on society.

reply

Considering the discussions about CRT. Some still don't know what it is. I don't know exactly what it is but do know it's taught in law school.

Of course they are. Racism is human nature and building a society that attempts to counter that is an uphill battle.

reply

Prejudice is human nature. Racism isn't.

Says a person who still believes racism is still pervasive at every corner of American society 60 years after the civil rights movement.

For the last time, there is absolutely nothing wrong with either one of these statements. And why do you keep changing the topic? Can't you reply?

reply

I did reply.

reply

But not to the argument.

reply

Yes, to the argument since you prove that racism is still pervasive.

reply

That's not what I argued here. And an example of n = 1 is not proof that racism is pervasive.

The January 6th panel is onto Ted Cruz now. He might start saying dumber things in the near future while panicking.

reply

Imagine being so stupid you vote for Ted Cruz. I can't.
