California Lawmaker Introduces Bill to Allow Minors to Be Vaccinated without Parental Permission

Legislation recently proposed in California would allow children aged twelve and up to get vaccinated without parental consent.

How do you feel about this? As a parent I want to know about any vaccines my child receives. All medical procedures for children should be approved by their parents unless it's an emergency.

Good. Anti-vaxx outlets like Infowars are literally a danger to children by feeding lies to kids' parents.

My only beef is, what if the child has an adverse reaction to it and dies? Can the parents sue the school and the vaccine company or no? From what I hear, you can't sue the vaccine company.
