The Dream Keeper Fellowship is set to launch in October and pay 10 individuals $300 each month to not be involved in shootings, Sheryl Davis, executive director of the Human Rights Commission, told Newsweek in an interview Tuesday.

So in hindsight, pay me so I don't make your city look bad? Guess we should all start shooting people for free cash. Releasing felons, paying them not to shoot, just boggles the mind yet it seems to work. We should pay the Taliban/Al Qaeda not to kill Americans as well then.
