You think Trump has any chance to even win the lawsuit against big tech?
Knowing how many times he's failed at the courts, I say no. Still grifting away it seems.

shareIt's not really about that. He probably won't win, but it sets the stage for the future.
shareNo, not at all.
shareIt's a class action suit...it's not just Trump.
shareAnother diversion/grift to siphon money from his clueless base
shareI've been kicked off message boards and websites for saying less than he did. He spread propaganda and outright lies - as president of the U.S., no less. They're privately owned platforms, they can let whoever they want in - or kick them off. This won't even go to court.
shareTwitter is publicly traded. It's not privately owned.
shareYou're not entitled to be on it though. They have TOS and if you violate them, they can give you the boot. It's like public property - you have a right to be somewhere as long as you don't act like a moron; like stand in the street and block traffic, for example.
shareWe had an idiot doing that just last night, in the middle of a major thorough fare walking up and down and across the street ranting things that made no sense or I'd rather not repeat. I should have the Non-Emergency police number on my phone, because that guy needed to be off the street. Last I saw he was intentionally standing on one of the lines that divides the lanes so traffic had to avoid him.
shareI hate that shit. I don't have a high opinion of protestors. I generally find them to be losers who are mentally unstable.
shareI don't mind protestors as long as they're protesting the place and people that they're protesting against, not dragging others that have nothing to do with it into their problems and pissing them off in the process. ANTIFA and the likes that block streets then threaten you if you don't do what they say or some shit like that. Makes me wanna just run them over because these are the types of punks that would run the streets if there was no government but government of certain parties are for it so they're also a part of problem itself.
shareWhen is the last time - and how often - you saw protestors that WEREN'T like that?
"these are the types of punks that would run the streets if there was no government but government of certain parties are for it so they're also a part of problem itself."
Which is why I said what I said. They're just a mob.
Ever go to or watch a local community hearing, town hall, or anything remotely political? It de-evolves into a shouting matching very quickly and often.
