New footage reveals George Floyd refused to sit in the car

This should exonerate the cop. Kept saying he's "kasophobic". Not sure why blacks always resist arrest. Never in the history of police work has a cop not arrested someone because they resisted. But you keep seeing this time and time again.

The cop was also not even touching him and he kept saying he can't breathe and made gurgling sounds, got that straight from the BLM playbook.

reply

He will get guilty to statify the town. It will go to appeal automatically because the crooked judge wouldn't let it go to another town.

reply

its so obvious that justice is not at play here

reply

That's up to the jury and perhaps they don't think about things in that manner

reply

He will get guilty to statify the town.

reply

Do you get what a Clown you are?

reply

The footage was leaked months ago.

reply

i think he said clauterfobic...only someone stupid and on drugs would refuse something as simple as sitting in a car.

reply

"Not sure why blacks always resist arrest."

"got that straight from the BLM playbook."

And your stereotypes, hatred and support for torture and murder sounds like it's from the KKK playbook.

reply

he resisted arrest, he refused to get into the car, we all saw that in the video. are u retarded?

reply

He never supported torture or murder. Quit lying you deluded libtard. Also you don’t give a good damn about George Floyd, you only talk about him because he supports your political narrative, I’m sure you were secretly happy he died

reply

No one ever listen to this race-bating clown.

reply

I know he’s a complete and total disgrace, I just enjoy putting him in his place. I don’t know how someone like him can look himself in the mirror every day and not vomit

reply

I just call out the bullshit for the lurkers that may be influenced by the idiocy.

reply

As I wrote prior if he’s White he hates being White...and if he’s not White...he still hates Whites. He’s a race baiting warlord!

reply

I half suspect he’s trolling, I have busted two people for trolling by pretending to be liberals and saying the most hateful comments imaginable. Keelai may just be slightly better at it.

reply

LOL! 👏🏻👏🏻 Keep on a bustin’! I wrote in the past he seems intelligent by the use of good syntax. But, that flies out the window due to his lack of common sense; leading to the worst of the worst in race baiting. He’s a damn race warlord. No doubt he’s a troll! 👹

I case you and others missed this when I posted it from August, 2016:

”How Trolls Are Ruining the Internet”

https://time.com/4457110/internet-trolls/

reply

Yeah he attacked Melania Trump on another thread for not being able to speak English as well as he could and then said a 30 second video where all she said was Bonjour was proof that was the only French word she knew even though in the video the reason she stopped speaking French was she found out her audience could speak English.

Funny how someone who is a member of the party who claims to be the champion for immigrants would attack someone’s English when it’s not their first language

reply

Are you serious? 😱He actually attacked someone with an accent? How hypocritical can someone be?🙄 He is the race baiting warlord for “only a FEW”illegal kids!

reply

Yep, he attacked her because she speaks “English poorly”. It’s not even her first language. Libtard logic is this: Racism is wrong when it’s against people who will probably vote for us, if you aren’t going to vote for us then you’re on you’re own. He also called BLM a “civil rights movement”, I’m still confused on how looting, and murdering cops is advocating for civil rights.

reply

BLM (aka Burn, Loot, Murder) has been around for years! They just put a name tag on it in order to make it sound more respectable. Why do they destroy? It’s because they can! Most get away with it or get a slap on the wrist.

During the Rodney King riots shop owners protected their businesses with firearms. If they tried to do it today...they would be arrested...not the damn rioting thugs! The inmates are running the asylums! They’ve been hell bent on destruction since the ‘60’s. What the idiots don’t realize is they’ve not gained anything, they’ve destroyed the very areas their families work & shop! It’s their culture and it doesn’t take much to set them off...mostly falsehoods. ”Hands up! Don’t shoot” is a damn lie put forth in Ferguson!

George Floyd is now a martyr and his family is now very wealthy...$27 Million wealthy. He was a disgusting sub-human criminal buried in a $40,000 gold plated casket! The inmates are running the asylums! Did his victims receive any compensation? I doubt it. He was resisting arrest and fighting the cops! The police departments need to start sending only Black cops to deal with Black criminals.

Nothing has changed over the decades and it never will until people start taking responsibility for their actions.

FYI: https://www.voanews.com/usa/timeline-us-race-riots-1965

reply

I totally agree and if George Floyd had been murdered by a black gang member as so many black lives are then we would never even know who he is. The left is despicable, all they care about is pushing forth a false narrative to score political points. Not only that but if you burn, loot and murder you’ll even get bailed out by Kamala Harris. Congress needs to do the right thing and impeach Biden, Harris, Pelosi and Schumer then they need to be prosecuted for inciting riots and standing behind thugs and terrorists, but they won’t because there is nothing but corruption and politics in Washington, no integrity

reply

It won’t be long before it will be President Harris! The caca will hit the fan when that happens! Harris, Pelosi, Schumer, AOC and the other 3 who make up the Bitch Squad will change this country to something we’ve never believed could happen. Good patriots ran this country at one time, but no longer. They are traitors!

reply

They are some really sick people, it’s disturbing that we the American people were stupid enough to elect them.

reply

And you are doing a damn shitty job of it.

No one gives a crap about your hateful attitude except to slap you down once in a while
Like a Clown toy I'm sure you'll spring back up but you just keep on making this place a disgrace to visit.
Welcome to the Crap Show starring You.

reply

Not being hateful at all, just calling you people out for your own hate and corruption. I’m not even a Republican, I am an impartial, objective observer. You however are a radical libtard and you should be institutionalized, seriously what the hell is wrong with you?

reply

I see I've crashed your KKK rally on this site.

reply

If the actions of that day played out exactly the same way with the death of George Floyd but the only difference was he was white. You wouldn't give a shit about it, not one bit.

You are a race baiting troll and about as racist as someone is on this site.

reply

Your KKK pals will be angry since you've arrived to your rally so late.

reply

When you call someone racist or play the race card that’s an indication you’ve lost the argument. And sokar is absolutely correct. Race is everything to you, you are a miserable person, get help

reply

You and everyone who uses the tired and predictable Get Help advice needs to STFU and get an effing Life.
All this Hate Spewing and then Seek Therapy? God, people are so sick and so stupid around here.

reply

LOL while you ignore hate and racism from your own side.

And I'm just trying to give him some helpful advice.

reply

It is a sign of white fragility to accuse of race baiting someone who brings up the unfair discrimination black people face that white people don't ever have to.

You would do well to get and read Robin DiAngelo's book White Fragility, sokar.

reply

Maybe next you'll do us all a favor and crash your car off a ravine

reply

It sounds like your death cult leader didn't make you happy after four years.

reply

Your cult leader Obama didn’t make you happy after 8 years and I bet your new cult leader Kalamity Harris won’t make you happy either. Hating/wishing death on Trump seems to be the only thing that makes you happy with yourself.

reply

Lets get something straight. 0 people died from Trump supporters at the capitol. 1 was shot by DC police the rest died of medical conditions. Lets compare that to 250+ days of BLM riots, Billions in damages and 25+ killed by YOUR communist friends who want to overthrow America.

reply

How dare you present FACTS!!

reply

More helpful advice from our resident and proud Hater here.
Jeezus, if I thought Jesus was ever going to come for a visit, he sure as hell wouldn't befriend you.

I have a suspicion he’s trolling, but I still respond to him because it’s fun putting him in his place.

[deleted]

Wow. That's some insightful commentary. Tell us more !

reply

[deleted]

He refused to sit in the car, so sitting on his neck was the solution? What is wrong with you?

reply

ya resisting arrest is a felony and police can use any tools necessary to submit a perp.

reply

Resisting arrest isn't a punishable by death crime, ya dink.

reply

You're right, but that may not be what happened. Don't form beliefs. Consider all possible information.

reply

Chauvin DIDN'T kneel on his neck or 9 minutes?

reply

He indeed did. So as in the notion I present in the other MovieChat thread I linked, what it boils down to is whether that 8 to 9 minutes on his neck contributed to his death or not. It's highly questionable that it did, but it's still possible, and that's what needs to be decided. Chauvin may have stepped outside the boundaries of his training, but that's not something we can know without further information, information only the jury will be privy to until later on.

What we do know now is that Floyd had no damage to his neck whatsoever, meaning there wasn't even enough pressure on his neck to bruise it, much less directly constrict his airway, and that it was actually the fentanyl in his system that made it hard for him to breath (which he was saying for 45 minutes while they let him resist arrest-again, for 45 minutes before finally using the last resort of pinning him to the ground, which could also possibly constitute negligence).

On top of that, this maneuver was standard training in that police precinct, so Chauvin only did was he was trained to do, unless (and this is the big if), he exceeded his training by doing it for 8 to 9 minutes, which is what it all boils down to.

However, it wouldn't be murder. Not 2nd degree, nor even 3rd degree. It would be negligent manslaughter, which he foolishly isn't charged with by the prosecutors, who may have overreached, leaving the door open for Chauvin to get off scott free, even if it's decided he should be punished for crossing a line that right now it's not even clear he did.

Again, nothing is as black and white as it first appears. Nothing.

You didn't write enough words. You need to write more words to make your point.

Please continue to Write More Words so as to to continue to make the point you are possibly trying to arrive to at the conclusion at the end of your which is your maybe Acute Observation.

Otherwise, you are engaging in Sophistry, trying to make sophisticated arguments against an obvious situation. We have Right and We have Wrong. If you and I don't agree, there is no argument.

LOL. Okay, as you wish:

"Though in many natural objects, whiteness refiningly enhances beauty, as if imparting some special virtue of its own, as in marbles, japonicas, and pearls; and though various nations have in some way recognised a certain royal preeminence in this hue; even the barbaric, grand old kings of Pegu placing the title ‘Lord of the White Elephants’ above all their other magniloquent ascriptions of dominion; and the modern kings of Siam unfurling the same snow-white quadruped in the royal standard; and the Hanoverian flag bearing the one figure of a snow-white charger; and the great Austrian Empire, Caesarian, heir to overlording Rome, having for the imperial colour the same imperial hue; and though this pre-eminence in it applies to the human race itself, giving the white man ideal mastership over every dusky tribe; and though, besides, all this, whiteness has been even made significant of gladness, for among the Romans a white stone marked a joyful day; and though in other mortal sympathies and symbolizings this same hue is made the emblem of many touching, noble things—the innocence of brides, the benignity of age; though among the Red Men of America the giving of the white belt of wampum was the deepest pledge of honour; though in many climes, whiteness typifies the majesty of Justice in the ermine of the Judge, and contributes to the daily state of kings and queens drawn by milk-white steeds; though even in the higher mysteries of the most august religions it has been made the symbol of the divine spotlessness and power; by the Persian fire worshippers, the white forked flame being held the holiest on the altar; and in the Greek mythologies, Great Jove himself being made incarnate in a snow-white bull; and though to the noble Iroquois, the midwinter sacrifice of the sacred White Dog was by far the holiest festival of their theology, that spotless, faithful creature being held the purest envoy they could send to the Great Spirit with the annual tidings of their own fidelity; and though directly from the Latin word for white, all Christian priests derive the name of one part of their sacred vesture, the alb or tunic, worn beneath the cassock; and though among the holy pomps of the Romish faith, white is specially employed in the celebration of the Passion of our Lord; though in the Vision of St. John, white robes are given to the redeemed, and the four-and-twenty elders stand clothed in white before the great-white throne, and the Holy One that sitteth there white like wool; yet for all these accumulated associations, with whatever is sweet, and honourable, and sublime, there yet lurks an elusive something in the innermost idea of this hue, which strikes more of panic to the soul than that redness which affrights in blood."

Police chief admits Chauvin had knee in the Shoulder Blade

https://iotwreport.com/chauvin-trial-police-chief-admits-knee-was-on-shoulder-blade/

reply

Huh. If true, that's a game-changer. Perspective can often play tricks on the eye. Having looked at the footage allegedly depicting this discrepancy, I'm not so sure it's clear-cut, however. Regardless of this, Floyd was having trouble breathing for quite some time prior to ever being secured on the ground. The officers were quite lenient with him for 45 minutes before finally resorting to this. There is another perspective this highlights, though.

It means the officers were attempting to arrest Floyd for 45 minutes, albeit very leniently, while he was having medical issues due to his condition with the excessive Fentanyl and his preexisting heart condition. It's still possible, even if the knee wasn't actually on his neck, or even if it was and didn't contribute to Floyd's death, that this was 45 minutes of negligence where they didn't recognize Floyd was having a genuine medical emergency that was going to eventually result in his death without medical intervention. In a smaller way they might still be culpable for his death.

But all we can do is speculate and await the outcome of the trial.

What we DO know is that a knee on the neck was how officers in that precinct were trained.

reply

LOL, stop it. This is not his shoulder: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/3/3c/George_Floyd_neck_knelt_on_by_police_officer.png and your source is laughable.

Why do you people refuse to admit there's bad cops out there and Chauvin was one of them? It's literally on video and all you care about is "bAcKiNg ThE bLuE!"

reply

Why do you refuse to admit that when you hear things go bump in the night you are probably the first person to call the cops. You Karens are the nuttiest delusional fake woke drama queens pieces of shit to ever walk the earth.

Your post is just a rant. Thinking Chauvin is guilty in no way, shape, or form makes me anti-cop. Your argument is a Strawman and has no merit.

reply

"Sitting on his neck" was not the cause of death.

reply

We’ll have to wait for the verdict

The cause of death has already been established.

Facts? Like this? https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/3/3c/George_Floyd_neck_knelt_on_by_police_officer.png

reply

In some jurisdictions (e.g. the UK), resisting arrest is not illegal, and to be able to claim wrongful arrest you have to resist in some form (this can be fairly symbolic, and shouldn't include violence towards the arresting police officer). Similarly, the arrest itself needs to have some form of force (again it can be fairly symbolic): just saying "you are under arrest" is not enough.
