That title doesn't make sense. In order to be the leader of Cancel Culture, you have to be spearheading it, not a favorite target and scapegoat.
The thing is, Cancel Culture has multiple leaders involved from several different entities, it's like a large colony of bacteria that grows aggressively in a big mat over the bottom of your bathtub, or it's like that evil black ooze from "X-Files;" you can't tell one unit of it from another, but you do know the whole lot of it is bad, based on its actions.
