No they didn't, dumbfuck. In 2016 there was one congresswoman who opposed, couldn't get a single Dem senator to cosign. Biden himself graveled it down, declaring "It's over!".
In 2004, yes, there was one congresswoman and senator that triggered a vote. Only 31 Democrats in the house supported that. Neither Kerry or Hillary, the actual candidates, ever supported challenging the final Electoral College count.
