Does Trump need to justify his reasons to use the nukes?

If he decided to nuke parts of Russia or China, or even parts of the US where his political enemies reside, does he need to justify to anyone his use of the nukes?

If he gives the command, can anyone in the chain of command question his order?

reply

Stupid.

Trump was just as shocked I'm sure.

The entire Trump clan, a host of billionaires who live in fairy land were about as dumb fucked shocked as anyone.

The Youtube video of Eric and the fam shows this.

reply

Didn't answer the question, but thanks.

reply

Who cares. It's over. Anybody with an IQ over 30 knew it was over in November.

President's have very limited ability to launce a pre-emptive nuclear strike.

They have a quick ability to launch a defensive counterstrike.

reply

There's a safeguard in place specifically to stop such lunacy from happening. It's called the two man rule. Someone on an approved list has to confirm the order. What's more if that order is countermanded, the military commanders cannot obey another order without further proceedings from an independent source.

To answer your second question: YES anyone in the chain of command can question the command. And they also can demand an independent confirmation if they believe the order to be invalid.

Gracias cabrón

Why on earth would he want to nuke anybody? Nobody's done anything to justify such an act, not even the Norks.

reply

The Joint Chiefs can overturn his order but its kind of a constitutional crisis because it never happened before.

Since there was extra communication with the Joint Chiefs in the wake of the Stormtrumpers, they are free to block any nuclear launch supported by Trump alone.

reply

Not even Trump is stupid enough to nuke another nuclear power.

reply

LOL.

You guys are insane.

Fuck

N

Sane.

Trump is a human under tremendous strain. He is about to be out of power, and has lost his ability to communicate with his followers.

Nixon made a offhand comment about his power to use nukes at the height of the Watergate scandal.

The question asked, while unthinkable, is entirely reasonable.
