I would say discussing the man who gave them their job would definitely qualify as a conflict of interest.
There are no laws or even rules that mandate recusal of Supreme Court Justices. They have only done so out of their respect for integrity of the Court. Which means none of them will in a Trump election case.
shareI am glad Trump's grumbling have not any legal basis to them and are not being taken seriously ... but, I also think this is not laughing matter. This country has been yanked out of the hands of the people and put totally into the hands of the monied interests who manipulate the worst Americans into voting for them. We have a big problem that is not going to go away and to which the Republicans will work on until they find a solution to push the people entirely out of the system, and DEFUND THE GOVERNMENT.
Would Hitler have given up? No, and he even had to spend time in prison. Republicans are going to keep pushing. They took away labor unions. They are reversing environmental protections at a time when we are facing global warming. They have allowed the super rich to get ever more wealth while the average American slides down a notch, and their children will even have it worse.
Americans ... Independents, Democrats, Progressive ... we are all being attacked by very clever and well-funded forces ... and they are using our money to do. Money they did not pay in taxes or wages, and they want to steal ever more.

These people are insane.
In one of the cases they were asking for permission to have observers watch the count. The Judge asked the Trump lawyer how many people did they have in the room. The Lawyer responded a NONZERO number.
The Judge said "Then what is your problem?"
It is all just such bullshit. The had a nonzero number of people in the room. So not zero AS IN THEY HAVE OBERSERVERS IN THE ROOM..
Does the Trumphumpers on here know that? Because I don't think they do.
