Even if Trump gets a mild case of covid and doesn't have any symptoms he would still be expected to quarantine for 14 days.

Probably not. With all the media coverage, booking a venue, testing the people at the venue for covid, and moving around the candidate's schedules, it's probably not feasible to reschedule this late.
