I'd say Franklin D. Roosevelt for his leadership in World War II. After that war, I would say the greatest would be Ronald Reagan for ending the first Cold War.

But really honestly I don't have an opine on this subject.

I will say the greatest EX president in history is IMO Jimmy Carter.
