So today in many work places you find people much less skilled and in a hospital its life or death
Many of the nurses and doctors today dont know how to use many of the new electronic devices.

My buddy sells medical equipment and he trains people on them.
Today he says a majority of people in hospitals are unfit for the job.
Just not smart enough.
People are dying over buttons not being pushed. You'll find some nurses complaining about this.

If your buddy has encounters with these medical professionals, and observes they are 'unfit for the job', then his responsibility is to document what is taking place, and report these unfit professionals to the medical board, the health department, the state attorney general, etc. to be investigated and take whatever actions are needed. And they will be investigated.
They would need to go by facts - not prejudiced opinions - facts, that these people are endangering their patients. Saying 'they got the position through 'Affirmative Action' to fill their 'diversity corporate compliance' does not cut it. That's a prejudiced opinion.
It's not hard to do. Not with today's technology and 'camera phones', etc. But I have a feeling - from what you have posted thus far - his observations are based on prejudiced opinion.

Giving people jobs because of their color of their skin over intelligence and experience will never end well.
