If a man identifies as a woman, even if he hasn't undergone surgery and hormone treatment, his gender is still female.

Perhaps they should allow them to change their passport, their drivers licence, EVEN THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE to female, to change their legal gender to 'trans - female identity' is nonsense.

That's a lie.

It's a flat out lie to say that a legal woman is a man. And legally so.

I completely and very strongly disagree. Trans people should absolutely be able to legally change their gender, rather you like it or not. Sadly, there will always be bigots in society and people who think less of those who are different.

Just because your sex is male, it does not mean your gender is man. Man/woman/boy/girl are genders. Male and female are sexes.

Once you learn the difference, the conversation becomes simpler.

By the way, you'd have to have a serious brain injury to think this genetic female with XX chromosomes must absolutely identify as a woman.
