Joe Biden cannot speak properly in campaign ad

Am I the only one who has seen this Joe Biden ad on Youtube and noticed this mistake? I mean, it's an ADVERTISEMENT for Joe Biden's campaign. They had a camera and a crew and they could presumably do multiple takes. Was this the BEST TAKE that Biden could do? It has an obvious grammatical error. Now I only watch the first five seconds because YouTube forces me to. But the mistake is in the FIRST SENTENCE!! Just go to watch any video on YouTube and the ad is the first thing you'll see. But why did they use that take??

He only says what China has wriiten down for him to say. I would say they know he is going to lose so they don't have the best writers for the scripts. Blame them not idiot Biden on this.

Yes!! I noticed too! He has some something medically wrong with him that they are not telling us about. He is a wrong choice for president just based off that. That was probably the best take he could do and they still thought it was OK to release. Joe Rogan addressed his speech impairment and now we have proof imo

Yes, I saw it last night. I noticed the ad was subtitled too. I tried to rewind a bit to hear it again, but I guess you can't rewind ads. I was curious if the subtitles had what he said, or if they were corrected to read what he meant to say. Why in the world didn't they do another take for that? If that was the best they could get from him then God help us if he gets elected.
