Police brutality isn't a race issue

It's a power issue. Cops use their position of authority to abuse people of all colors and sex, it isn't about race. I think blacks tend to push back a little more because the media has convinced them that they are being singled out, and therefore we see more confrontations. Rest assured, they kill, beat and abuse white people all of the time too. We need police reform, not race reform. If that happens, the problem fixes itself.

Horseshit!

They have psychological test to weed out the sadistic.

It is called the MMTI. In addition every officer is vetted and given a extensive background check of character. Cities would be sued to oblivion if they did not attempt weed out bad apples.

You have over 5 million interactions between police and minorities every day in the USA.The vast majority of them occur without incident.

The ego or attitude you are referring to is called 'command presence'. This is taught in the academy for a reason. A cop with confidence issues is just asking for trouble.

Imagine a cop with a nebbish voice...'Parden me ma'am uhm...could I please see your license?'

Doesn't quite work.
