shareIt's in the process right now, and keep in mind, it is over 1,925 miles long, so it's taking some time. Mexico is technically paying for it, but not in the way everyone thought. What you won't hear in the news, is that Trump got Mexico to fire up their own immigration, law enforcement, and military, to deal with illegals coming in through their country before they ever reach the border. The payment comes in the form of hard work from those entities within Mexico. So yes, they did pay for a wall, of sorts.
