Of course, areas must be clearly separated. There would be trouble if blacks enter a white area and have problems with white cops, you don't want cities burning, so blacks shouldn't be allowed in white areas, and whites shouldn't be allowed in black areas.
That would solve racial problems in US.

But they should be implemented far beyond Universities, and they should be available for both blacks and whites. Whites areas with white cops, blacks areas with black cops, that makes the whole country safer and decreases problems with racism.
How's this for an idea: no white cops, no black cops, only Asian cops: Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese. Filipino, Thai, Cambodian, Laotian...

Sarcastically I've thought this too. I also thought each squad car should have 1 black, 1 white. Depending on the perpetrator, the matching color takes it.
Problem though. Lots of people are mixed. What do we do then?!?! 3 cops per squad?
Of course what I wrote above is complete sarcasm with a million eye rolls.
But this part is not. More whites are killed by cops each year. More cops are killed in the line of duty. This is just another manufactured crisis.
Black cops in high crime black areas would be a good idea. We should have 10x as many cops so the law abiding citizens could enjoy the same privileges as those in safe areas enjoy.
Of course the police chief in Minnesota was black. Didn’t help.
White people would be fine with black cops. They just want law and order. They respect the risks police take to keep people safe. Like:
- 10 million arrests per year.
- 45 million tickets per year.
- millions of more warnings
Every single one a cop has the chance of getting killed. 10 unarmed people killed in 2018. 4 black. Good luck on improving that.
This is why the communist Democrat media/party pushing these riots have no solutions. No path to success. They never do. Just bitching and complaining about mythical unmeasurable problems.

Early fire departments was social clubs that hanged around a building and went to the home that paid a fee to them if a fire happened. Fire Deartment marks. We can do this now with just a bunch that will come to a problem of the people that pay them.

See, I lived on and off in a town in central IL for 17 years, between 1990 and 2007. Around the millennium, the most brilliant minds in the city of Chicago (note the sarcasm) decided, "Hey, things are going great in these little suburbs to the south, why don't we take some of our trash from the South Side and dump it on these towns? Crime rate will go down for us, and the people we're moving will get to live a nice, well-run town that's ripe for the pillaging and corrupting."
So, they had all us suburbs (including the town I lived in) build brand, shiny new, cheap "projects" (AKA future crappy apartment slums) for the black people being brought down, and they were moved (at city and state expense, mind you) to the suburbs south of Shitcongo. The moment they moved in, the crime rate went up for us, and the schools immediately started having issues with fights between students, due to all the future criminals of America attending and causing trouble to vent out their frustrations with their shitty home lives.
Now, back to the police thing. I happened to notice one of these "projects" was built next door to the shopping center in an older part of town that had our Giant Eagle, Pizza Hut, and one of the best Chinese restaurants I ever ate at in that town. At the very entrance to this neighborhood, they had a police station, staffed with black cops. It's almost like the town knew who was moving into that apartment complex, and was ready with law enforcement if anyone decided to cause trouble. I have a feeling everyone in that neighborhood knew every cop in that station on a first-name basis.
