That could have easily applied to Obama or a number of politicians around the world. This guy is just using the Bible to conform to his political bias. He forgot to mention that the antichrist would be universally loved for 7 years, and our current president is not universally loved at all. Half of America likes him, half of them hate him. It sounds more likely that the antichrist will arise over in Europe than in America, considering how much more corrupt Europe is. He might even arise in China for all we know.
shareTrump's political career began in 2011 when he went after Obama's birth certificate. He got many tinfoil hat wearers on his side back then just as he did in 2016 and as he does now now. However I do agree with you that Trump just doesn't fit the bill of an antichrist who sneaks in and makes everyone fawn over him. He's just too damn stupid. People all over the world will never come around to support him. He is stuck with his tiny cult that lives primarily in the US. If the devil chose him, the devil chose incorrectly. Trump is incapable of putting one over on the masses.
