Netflix CENSORED Back to the Future Part II (thread deleted by a moderator from the General Forum)

This thread was posted in the General Forum and was deleted by a moderator. According to that moderator, it was not appropriate to post in the General Forum, in a website about movies, a thread about a movie distributor editing out scenes from classic movies because they consider those scenes politically incorrect.

Be aware that Netflix didn't announce or warned about it. It was discovered by a youtuber. Netflix can have done the same thing in other movies. It's not the only case. Some user told (in the deleted thread) about a similar case discovered in Disney (I can't remember the specific movie).

South Park did that two-parter about Mohammed that was heavily censored. When the Blu-ray came out they also removed the earlier Super Best Friends, with Jesus, Moses, Buddha and Mo. No HD video exists. Found out about that in the notes of a torrent.

They uploaded the whole series to YouTube, but several episodes were deleted (see note on board). One was the Catholic episode, which may have involved a lawsuit.

This pisses me off! There was nothing in Back To The Future ll which deserved censorship! As far as Splash and Disney covering more of Daryl’s arse, stupid, stupid, stupid! You can go to any beach and see gals with a piece of floss going up their ass! Dammit! In the mean the f-bomb is thrown about freely! Script writers can’t write anymore, so just use MF, F-you for every other word!

E.T. was edited for the re-release. They edited out the gun in the cop’s hand and edited in a flashlight!
Not surprised when fast food joint knuckleheads refuse service to cops because they have a holstered weapon! I swear...the inmates are running the asylum!

This is disgusting, and the fact that they do this without telling anyone is even more concerning.

I don’t care if it’s a “short trim” in the film or not...stream the goddamn movies as they were originally you pricks!

I’m glad I have a physical movie collection to avoid garbage like this. And of course you won’t hear a peep from the media about this, as they’re so busy constantly printing lies and propaganda, they can’t be bothered to stand up against censorship in any form.

People won’t be happy until they’ve ruined everything.
