Now this is just wrong. They can shut down plants and quarantine animals for at least two weeks. Better to be safe than sorry.
CBS News: Trump orders meat processing plants to remain open, invoking Defense Production Act.

One of the countless communist Democrat party wet dream items that’s part of the “lockdown”.
Meat shortages forcing everyone to be vegan.
Other highlights include:
1st amendment being trampled illegally. Banning peaceful assembly. Banning free speech via their communist friends in big tech.
Banning church.
Banning Trump rallies.
Banning sports and thus competition.
Forcing people to go on government assistance to survive.
Going after medical privacy.
Attempting to destroy the economy.
Isn’t it funny how many of these things the Democrat party aspires to accomplish coincide with communist China’s wishes.
Notice the complete lack of presence from the Democrats in DC. In 6 months they’ll tell us they were for the lockdown before Trump and against it before they were for it. And their media and lemmings will applaud. The party of no ideas, no solutions, no platform, no coherent candidate.
If they get mass starvation from shut down food plants it would be a big win for "the environment" to boot! I'm not sure exactly what "the environment" means to a Democrat, but it seems to involve some sort of pagan rock worship in which "the earth" for some reason would prefer a reduced human population and a particular mix of atmospheric gases over a very slightly different mix of atmospheric gases.
shareHere we go again.

Forcing closures with no one showing symptoms. Still the saying the need for distancing in work areas. Meat packing needs cold temperature so it is economical to put as many people in the room as possible.Alreasdy most plants work 24 hours so if they want to space off the people more they will have to layoff or build more rooms for processing.
Layoff half these workers to give them distance
