.....Tracy di Vicenzo. Can't be too big a surprise to anyone. The final was close for a while but she pulled away from Vesper and won 9-5, with two spare votes for Kara (who I am very glad made the final). Tracy is my favorite Bond Girl so I obviously think she deserved to win.

I specifically made sure to be clear on the rules since there were so many issues before. Probably wouldn't have gone to as great lengths if yours hadn't happened first. It's like the parents doing a better job on the second kid.
