I fully agree that the Endless Self Promotion Network should never have been given back NHL broadcasting rights. Naturally, they are going to name-drop the pre-approved icons to help market their coverage. Really wish NBC Sports had been able to keep their NHL package.
The whole idea of a "greatest 100 athletes" is absurd in the first place. How do you compare, for instance, a hockey player with a tennis player, to determine which is the better athlete? The almost willful ignorance of ESPN is completely laughable.
