Trying to find a TV Show I don't know the name of. Help?!

It's a crime tv show where this guy can see the events of a crime as if he was there in person but wasn't. He can walk through the crime and see what happened.

Several tv shows feature investigators with sort of "psychic powers".
Two that come to mind are Hannibal and Rejseholdet (Unit One).
