I never did understand what the point was for the soapbox. Every day people would say hateful things about other people. It was like this day after day. Do you think they were normal people with regular jobs and families or were they a little schizo?

Are you referring to the actual soapboxes people used to stand on in public forums prior to the second half of the 20th century, or some internet soapbox I've never heard of?
shareIt was the soapbox chat forum of IMDb. I ran across it around 2014 and every once in a while I would stop by. Every day for years, people on there would just haze and make fun of each other. Every day for years! Why? and who has this much free time? I just thought it was an interesting place for people to congregate.
