If you wear glasses and youre about to play poker, then take your damn glasses off because other people will cheat and look at your cards that are reflecting/showing from your glassese lenses.

i learned that from watching the old Mario Van Peebles movie Posse.

Not sure the reflection would be enough to see what the cards are but it is something to think about. But the actual reason is to cut down on "reads". Some players are so good at the game they really can look at your eyes and can tell what you're holding.
