Technical site issue.

Could not make a post on one film's page - Crash Cop's Daughter, wonder why? This is what I originally intended to post - "Question about one scene.

... that was by the way the song Success by "Sigue Sigue Sputnik" (the character wrongly misidentified the BAND by calling them "Success" but that's besides point) and went mad at her by saying "Tell me, do you really like all this or do you pretend?"...

Was the father ACTUALLY telling her off for liking a particular song from the musical style he wasn't fond of (and that was rumored to be under governmental restrictions in the Soviet Union) or was he simply telling her off for her naughty rebellious behavior in that scene? Or was it BOTH?

Anyone (including from Russia) think they know, thanks.

P.S. Its a pretty good film but not a masterpiece and far from the best that Soviet cinema even at the time had to offer. Still worth a look though."
