What are some actors that come off as uncompromising/very picky based either on their filmography or comments they themselves have made regarding their choices?

I think Dwayne Johnson falls into this category...
He only plays "the good guy who doesn't get knocked down EVER and also acts as a source of cliché one-liners"
Also, Black Adam was a slog fest...
