And of course you are discounting anyone that is not WHITE in your assessment, making your statement a bit racist and ignorant. I know that on average Islanders would find her skinny ass utterly unattractive.
For myself I find her thinness makes her head look oversize and bulbous, and her hands bony and mean.
The history of humanity would declare her decidedly UNATTRACTIVE.
An attractive woman was historically one that was not offensively tall, and that looked like she could withstand childbirth. Neither of which are aspects of Angelina Jolie's appearance.
A beauty of even the early 20th century was far removed from Jolie.
Audrey Hepburn was considered a pinnacle of beauty by photographers in her time.
Marilyn Monroe and other sex symbols were built like trucks by comparison to Jolie.
The only universal constant of feminine beauty has been symmetry (as it is for men), variety (because we all like it), and fertility.

Angelina Jolie is too OLD to represent FERTILE ATTRACTIVENESS, never mind that she has no OVARIES, so how could she represent this vaunted FERTILITY?
