Its bugging me so much! They always base their characters on famous people but they change the face slightly.

I can only find this on line, it's a quick glimpse 21 seconds in so you'll need to pause it.

I'm thinking an American actor from around 2000s but I just can't quite pinpoint him. Any suggestions?

Possibly Kevin Sorbo as the title character in Hercules: The Legendary Journeys (TV series 1995-1999; and other "Hercules" TV movies)...?
