Stupid Hitman

This one should be a challenge, because I do not remember much from this movie. But what I do remember is hilarious. A hitman is trying to knock off this guy, but all his attempts backfire. He gets injured in each attempt. One attempt has him falling off a building and crashing through a glass skylight. He ends up in a hospital lying on a gurney, his mark is in the same room. Somehow he manages to get a lit stick of dynamite over to the "mark", I don't remember how. Through an amazing set of events that can only happen in a slapstick comedy, the lit stick of dynamite accidentally gets placed in the bedpan underneath his gurney. With great determination, he manages to squeeze enough pee out of himself to extinguish the stick of dynamite......but, the camera then pans over to a set of oxygen tanks....and KABOOM!
