Horror film ID - freak and a gypsy?

There was a naff horror pic from the early 80's (amongst a sea of crap early 80's ''horrors'') - it featured a circus and a disfigured freak (the killer 'monster') who gets jerked off by the mature gypsy fortune-telling woman (he was previously spying on her through a hole in the wall), before he kills her, too!

Could be The Funhouse released in 1981. It took place at a traveling carnival and had the fortune teller and a deformed killer. Four teens decide to spend the night in the funhouse for kicks.

I will second this suggestion. It does indeed sound like "The Funhouse." The killer wore a Frankenstein Monster mask at the beginning. His true grotesque face is revealed during a struggle when his mask gets pulled off.

There is a movie called freaks about a traveling freakshow that kills off a woman scheming them.
