Where when the parasite takes over it makes people extremely dangerous and violent. I can remember 2 scenes the female main character visiting a man in a office building. He feels the parasite taking over he decides to jump through the window killing himself.
The other scene is the main character talking to her ex husband or friend who is walking through a car park when a kid who has the parasite on a skateboard comes and gets him.

Nah it was definitely not 28 days later, these people when infected by the parasite could talk. It was a 80s or early 90s film I think

The scene I remember is a neighbor or family gathering like a block party and a couple sitting on lounge chairs suddenly become violent and start attacking other party guests. I don't remember the name of this movie but would be curious to see it again and wonder if it is the same as yours.
shareI dunno... I don't remember much about it, but back in the 80's I saw a movie called "Warning Sign"; what I do remember is that it was about a genetically engineered virus that made people go crazy and start killing.

This is a shot in the dark but the only movie that comes to mind at the moment is The Puppet Masters (1994)
Another possibility is Night of the Creeps (1986)

I don't think it is any of those unfortunately what I do recall is the main character was a women, the old man who commuted suicide jumped through a office building a window to commit suicide.
The women's bf or good friend gets killed by a kid on a skateboard in a car park then he comes back infected and attacks her at the end, she is saved by another guy I think
