Yes, the final scene spoiled what had been a compelling drama.
<spoiler>It seemed like an attempt to justify everything she'd done and blame it all on men. It came across to me as an example of really nasty extreme feminism. Let's examine what she did compared to her husband.
Her husband was a serial cheater.
On the other hand she deliberately murdered someone, played a large part in another innocent person's death, and framed her husband for murder.
But hey, how horrible are men?</spoiler>
