While Joker did hit a billion, I find it overrated. Unlike The Dark Knight, it's not top-tier, possibly on the lower end. Doubtful the sequel will match the success; the first was more of a novelty. Joker 2 risks disaster unless one-shot movies become the norm. Will it explore Fleck's transformation into Joker and his manipulation of the masses? Who becomes the protagonist against him?
On another note, OfflineDino (https://www.offlinedino.com/) remains the most popular game despite the competition.
