Ms. Shields has been playing "make believe" since she was 11 months old. Her life was not normal. And now she's trying to look like she's 22. A ton of dark eye make up, dark lipstick, too much unflattering foundation and contouring and overly long stringy hair. It ages her grotesquely. She needs to learn what colors and hairstyles look good on an older woman. Maybe she's trying to recapture her lost youth. But it's too late. It's working against her. She should go to a stylist who will be brutally honest with her and look to a new future, instead of one who flatters her with false praise.
