It's her name, what more can you say. She was named Millie Bobby Brown, end of. 'Nicknames' can be actual names as well, otherwise she'd be called Millicent Roberta Brown.
That said, adding in the 'Bobby' to her 'fame-name' was a late addition as she used to be credited as just 'Millie Bown' in her first few roles, and I reckon the addition of using the Bobby part gave her a more memorable and fame-friendly tag.
I also think her parents like a little play on names - her brother is called Charlie Brown, and her little sister, Ava Brown, is just a side-step away from a certain German woman of infamy.
Well, she was 20 but that's by-the-by. I just think she values the family unit - her parents have been together 30+ years, with her growing up with an extended age range of siblings, Jakes parents married young and are still together, so I just think it's something they wanted for themselves as well, and good luck to them. The real test will be when the babies arrive, which I don't think will be too far from now.

But displaying a cleavage is a sexual display - women do it cos they like to proudly show their sexuality. If you don't want looks or comments, don't have it on display. It's human nature to look and think.

Well, ST5 has officially begun production, so once that's streamed, we might get to see the full taco.

To be fair, Millie isn't really half Spanish. Both her parents are British, she just happens to have been born in Spain.
