Ok the website, not you. A website like this can say all it wants- doesn't mean it's true. Now if someone directly involved with the film said that was the intention- that's different.

That's what I'm thinking too. Continuity issue may have opened up an interpretation of it. Wish the OP was correct as that would have been a really cool Easter egg. But sadly IMO thats not the case here.
The photos are obviously arranged differently/swapped out/changed. I just can't tell if that photo is demonic or not. Just can't see it clearly enough.

The photos are arranged differently/less. The photo I think you're referring to does look creepy but can't tell it's just the angle of the old photo or not
