I'm a Nurse from Germany, working in Covid Test Center at the Moment, most People tested positive have no idea they are Sick or have heavy symptoms. So yeah even the professionals are sceptical at this Point.
Maybe in the Multiverse of Madness, would be awesome and fitting.
