Cause Meatballs 2 did so poorly they couldn't find disrubution for so long, pretty sure it's in the public domain now. I remember mean gene George Buza in a podcast saying, it was basically a non stop party 24/7 on set and Isabelle Mejias has some stories behind the scenes there are pretty interesting as well that she had fond memories of working with Patrick Dempsey and Sally Kellerman on Set. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xUrVsdYJBp8 new podcast with her she talks a bit about state park thought I would send it your way. It's on youtube they put 50 pound clothes on Isabelle in the movie and she's still is cute and sexy. oh well seen her higher education her voice is not as annoying in that, Isabelle Mejias is in that as well, some of her movies are really hard to find. Fun cheesy 80's movie I would nominate this for one of the most 80's movies out there, my only minor complaint is Jennifer Inch no disrespect to her, sure she is a nice person but god her voice would grind on me hard and give me headache after an hour of talking ok shut up Jennifer, lol https://www.cinepix.ca/film/heavy-metal-summer/ a lot of publicity photos and behind the scenes photos and info on statepark might interest you. I think Meatballs 3 is a little more better but she's very likeable in it. If you like State park then give Meatballs 3 summer job a chance she's in it as well plays a 80's punk rock girl type character in it named Wendy, same kind of cheese as Statepark you might like that one it's on Youtube as well. For sure it's on YouTube it's a fun cheesy 80's movie it's as 80's cliché as it gets, if want to see her acting chops she really got shine on some tv series, Danger bay, T&T and Nightheat had the right movie or role had gotten to the states for her she would of been huge no doubt in my mind, Isabelle could of been a model and would of been good at that to probably, I got to chat with her a few times she's a very cool lady and one of the most inspiring people I've ever met. She is awesome, I chat with her occasionally, very overlooked and underrated actress it's to bad it didn't translate into more success for her, to me she is the lost actress of the 80's, I've been asking her to do an autobiography hopefully it happens, she has some good interviews on YouTube what she does with mending kids now is very inspiring, she is truly one of the most interesting and aspiring people I've come across. Got to chat with Isabelle a few times recently, super cool lady, has not acted in a long time, she does awesome work with mending kids now, a really inspiring person and story, she was nominated for 2 Canadian genie awards, underrated for sure should of been a lot bigger, something didn't translate to the next level it's to bad was defiantly a lot of potential, she has an recent interview on you tube gets into pretty good detail how her acting career ended, a basic and interesting story of her career and to basically what was going on 2 years ago with her, she's seems pretty happy in what she's doing now all the power to her.
