Exactly because of the thing you wrote: he is the man who raised her. He has been a father to her all her life - possibly even a good father, a person she loved. Her feelings for him can't disappear just like that, not even after learning that he is not her real father.

Yes, I had the impression she was about to carve the name "Nina" all over his body. I think she announced something like this before getting close to him. The point here was, in my opinion, that for people who consider group rape to be fun, it would be easier to just kill a stripper and get rid of the body than having to explain to their spouses why a stripper was invited to the party in the first place. For sociopaths just a quick way to avoid an inconvenience, so to say. A little over the top, yes, but matches and works with the rest of the movie.
