And two more:
-If evidence was not fabricated, the hammer was indeed in Kolya's property - which would indicate Roma.
-For Vadim it could have been unnecessary risk: and we don't know whether he knew about Dima-Kolya-Lilya-witnesses affair (which was significant evidence).
Good points definitely, even though 5 years ago :D
I would add another, obvious reason, that Roma hated her and expressed it. He told her: "you ruined everything! It's all because of you!"
And also:
-the first scene after "suicide" is Kolya asking Roma to forgive Lilya and Roma answering 'rejectfully' "Have you forgiven her"?
-Next Roma is shown asking his father to stop drinking as if he had decided to act more independently - he also said "I can take care of myself" at the end.
-Vadim asked "15 years?" as if he was surprised.
But anyway nothing is for sure.
"Vadim also didn't have a reason to kill her. Kolya's house was already in his hands. There was no gain for him in killing Lilya." - he might have wanted to "conclude" his victory by completely destroying Kolya's life (as he was spoiled af), but it's not that convincing.
